Service Description

As your dedicated concierge, We will make your “I want to try!” dreams come true. We will flexibly respond to your requests regarding content, time, and cost, and create a customized plan just for you. Why not create unique memories with extraordinary experiences that are not bound by conventional frameworks? Japanese-style anniversary celebration plans, local exploration and pilgrimage tour guides, and more. [Concierge Service Cancellation Policy] A 100% cancellation fee applies once the reservation is finalized after the details have been confirmed. *Due to system constraints, the estimated time required is a provisional setting. *As we have only one dedicated staff member, we will assist each customer in turn. *Photos include stock images.

Cancellation Policy

The following change and cancellation fees apply to the total experience cost: 50% on the day before the experience 100% on the day of the experience Please contact us for any reservation cancellations or changes. No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows. ・About the Lunch Box Option Plan All adults must be included in the reservation. Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance. The experience cancellation policy applies, and the following option change/cancellation fees will be charged per person: 7 days prior to the day of the experience: 100% (¥4,000 tax-excluded/ per person) *Important Notes No smoking inside the facility.
